Our pumping service will first inspect your vault at no charge and measure the level of grease and solid wastes. Municipal codes require pumping of the vault when the levels of grease and solids reach 37%. If your vault does not require pumping, we will advise you and not pump simply because you happen to be on the schedule.

After pumping, the lack of any cleaning can cause the Ph of the grease left behind on walls and sewer t's to lower, causing odor, bacteria and eventually health issues. Grease residue will build up on vault walls, lowering the capacity of the vault and requiring more frequent pumping. This buildup can also plug sewer t's, causing grease and food solids to flow directly into city mains in violation of codes, which may result in costly fines to the establishment.

If service is called for, we will pump to the bottom, and then properly dispose of waste. Then the vault will be power washed, removing all grease and residue, restoring 100% capacity to the vault. Scent guard can be applied during warm months to help mask odors.

One month after your initial service, we will reinspect your vault to determine the levels of grease and solids accumulation and determine the proper frequency of service needed to keep your system operating efficiently and compliance with local ordinances.

Have your system pumped and cleaned properly to avoid problems with health inspections and municipal code violations, and to ensure proper operation of your grease vault, avoiding potentially costly overflows and environmental hazards. Digital before and after photos are attached to each invoice to document that your service was completed thoroughly.
